This is a wine which has been held in the cask for 6 months. It is placed on the market 10 months after the harvest.
It is of a very deep cherry red, of a rather intense colour. The purple and lilac tones stand out, giving it an eyecatching appearance.
As far as bouquet is concerned, it has an amalgam of aromas of undergrowth, particularly suggestive of very ripe red and black fruits, harmonising perfectly with fine, elegant woods.
In the mouth it has the freshness of fennol, menthol, lactics and such fruits as blackberry, mulberry and raspberry, all in perfect proportion and garnished with exquisite tones of cinnamon, vanilla and spices.
