Maduration

 

The wine matures in French and American oak barrels, according to requirements.
Afterwards, it rounds off in the bottle.  The bottled wine is then to rest in the peace and quiet of the winery, allowing complex aromas to develop and culminating in the wine’s characteristic flavour.

Production is carried out in a completely natural, biological way, without needing to undergo any chemical process. 

To maintain the quality of our wine we are obliged to take a great deal of care, maintain cleanliness, carry out constant thermal-higroscopic checks, and renew barrels and other materials on a continual basis
